RETURNS

 

All leather items that you'd like to return must be in the original condition, not used, and not damaged (except for the cases the damage is our fault). Pay attention that personalized items CAN NOT BE RETURNED (except the cases the personalization is made in a wrong way due to our fault).

You must send the item within 14 days from the moment of delivery. You'll be responsible for paying the shipping cost. Keep in mind that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

 

After we receive the item back, we'll check it, and, then, in case the item is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed to the original form of payment.

Usually, it takes about 7 days to process the refund for the returned item. In fact, the processing time depends on your bank policies.

EXCHANGES

You must send the item within 14 days from the moment of delivery. You'll be responsible for paying the shipping cost. Keep in mind that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

When we receive the item back, we'll check it, and, then, in case the item is eligible for an exchange, we will send a new item with updated details. If there is any price difference between returned and a new item, you must pay it. Additionally, you will be responsible for paying the shipping to your address (except that something is wrong due to our mistake).

CANCELLATIONS

 

You can cancel an order for a NON-PERSONALIZED item within 12 hours from the moment of order placement. And, you can cancel an order for a PERSONALIZED item within 1 hour from the moment of order placement.

The refund for the canceled order will be processed to the original form of payment. Usually, it takes about 7 days to process the refund for the canceled order. In fact, the processing time depends on your bank policies.
