Most Hidemont items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your item is handed over for delivery. Personalized items may require additional processing time.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

We ship nationwide across the United States, as well as to countries across Europe. We also ship to a number of additional countries worldwide — please check the full list below to see if your country is included.
Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska typically require an additional 2–3 weeks in transit compared to the contiguous United States.

FULFILLMENT LOCATIONS
Hidemont fulfills orders from multiple warehouses, located in the United States and in Europe. The warehouse used for your order is selected based on the delivery destination, product availability, and the most suitable available fulfillment option.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Transit time depends on the fulfillment warehouse, the shipping method selected, and your delivery destination.
Orders shipped from our US warehouse to the United States:
Average: 3–6 (average 5) days
A bit faster: 2–3 (average 3) days
Fastest: 1–2 (average 2) days
Orders shipped from our European warehouse to the United States, Europe, and other countries:
Regular: 10–21 (average 18) days
The warehouse used to fulfill your order depends on product availability and delivery destination, and will be shown at checkout along with the exact estimated delivery time.
For destinations outside the United States and Europe, the estimated delivery time is calculated automatically based on your delivery address and will be shown at checkout.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free standard shipping is available on orders shipped within the United States over $100. For orders under $100, or for faster shipping methods, the cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the fulfillment warehouse used for your order.
ORDER TRACKING
A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also track any order from your account under “My Orders.”
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Depending on the destination, import duties, VAT, or other local taxes may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated at checkout, and are the customer's responsibility.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is automatically calculated and added at checkout for customers located in certain US states, in accordance with applicable state and local tax regulations. The applicable sales tax rate, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
UNDELIVERED OR DELAYED PARCELS
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and the carrier first, then contact us at [email protected]. We will review the shipment details and help resolve the issue.
