Return policy

All leather items that you`d like to return must be in the original condition, not used, and not damaged (except for the cases the damage is our fault). Pay attention that personalized items CAN NOT BE RETURNED (except he cases the personalization is made in a wrong way due to our fault).

You must send the item within 14 days from the moment of delivery. You`ll be responsible for paying the shipping cost. Keep in mind that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please, message us to provide a tracking number.

After we receive the item back, we`ll check it, and, then, in case the item is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Usually, it takes about 3-4 days to process the refund for the returned item. In fact, the processing time depends on your bank policies.
