Return policy

All leather items that you'd like to return must be in the original condition, not used, and not damaged (except for the cases the damage is our fault).

Please note: personalized items cannot be returned, except when the personalization was done incorrectly due to our fault.

You must send the item back within 14 days from the date of delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
