Both covers have the same features — a Field Notes compartment, 3 card slots, a pen loop, and an extra pocket. The key difference is the closure. Irbis #1 has no closure and opens instantly with one hand. Irbis #2 has a double snap that holds everything more securely — better for travel or when the cover is fully loaded.
